Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.


DEPOSITS:

A refundable deposit of one night’s lodging plus tax is charged at the time of reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please notify us at least 72 hours prior to arrival with any modifications to your reservation. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the expected check-in time of 4 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival may be charged a minimum of one night's room rent. For multi-night stays, "no show" reservations and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival may be responsible for the entire stay.

NON-SMOKING POLICY:

This property is a non-smoking establishment and smoking is not allowed in any guest rooms. A minimum $250.00 cleaning fee may be assessed to the bill of guests who do not adhere to this policy.

PET POLICY:

Pets are permitted with permission in select guest rooms. This policy enables us to be pet friendly while always keeping some rooms pet free for guests who may have pet allergies. Guests who bring pets into guest rooms without permission may be asked to leave and assessed a minimum $250.00 cleaning fee.

DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS POLICY:

Damage to guest rooms or guest room items may be assessed at the full amount of replacement or repair. Any items permanently removed from guest rooms will be billed at the full amount of replacement.
