DEPOSITS:
A refundable deposit of one night’s lodging plus tax is usually charged at the time of booking. The full amount of stay may be charged inside of the cancellation policy window.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
November through March: Please notify us at least 72 hours prior to arrival with any modifications to your reservation. Reservations canceled less than 72 hours prior to the expected check-in time of 4 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival may be charged for the entire stay.
April through October: Please notify us at least 7 days prior to arrival with any modifications to your reservation. Reservations canceled less than 7 days prior to the expected check-in time of 4 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival may be charged for the entire stay.
EARLY AND LATE ARRIVAL:
Early check-in is possible based on availability for no additional fee. Please inquire ahead of your scheduled arrival whenever possible. A courtesy late check-out up to 1 p.m. on your departure day is possible based on availability—please inquire. Arrivals after 8 p.m. must make arrangements during regular office hours for keys to be left for self-check-in.
NON-SMOKING POLICY:
This property is a non-smoking establishment and smoking is not allowed in any guest rooms. A minimum $250.00 cleaning fee may be assessed to the bill of guests who do not adhere to this policy.
PET POLICY:
Pets (dogs only) are permitted with permission in select guest rooms. Please notify us prior to arrival if you have a pet so that a pet-friendly room may be assigned. This policy enables us to be pet-friendly while always keeping some rooms pet-free for guests who may have pet allergies.
Pet fees are $15.00/night for one pet in one-bedroom suites, or $20.00 for pets in two-bedroom suites or for two pets in any room.
Guests who bring pets into guest rooms without permission may be asked to leave and assessed a minimum $250.00 fee to deep clean the room.
Guests who allow pets on bedding may be charged a $75.00 dry cleaning fee. Guests may not leave pets unattended in the room unless they are in a kennel or crate, and are not prone to barking (that might disturb your neighbors) when left alone. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets on hotel grounds and neighboring areas.
DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS:
Damage to guest rooms, furnishings or amenities may be billed at the amount of replacement or repair. Items permanently removed from guest rooms will be billed at the full amount of replacement.
They will be no charge for accidental damage to small kitchen items such as plates, glasses, can openers or corkscrews.
GUEST PRIVACY:
We understand and respect your need for privacy. The hotel reserves the right to visually inspect all guest rooms every 24 hours to ensure the well-being of our guests, confirm the condition of the room, and perform any required maintenance.
