Luxury Property on the Yellowstone River
1099 Hwy 89 South, Gardiner, MT
Three-level custom-built cedar house is on 1.5 acres on the Yellowstone River. The River house contains the three units below: 119, 120, and 121. Units may be booked separately, or all three can be booked at once.
There is a large cedar deck on the riverside of the house with steps down to the river.
Please note, the cell coverage from the house is Verizon and AT&T. Other carriers may have poor coverage so calls require wireless internet.
The River House is 10 minutes from Gardiner at the Yellowstone National Park entrance.

Premier Yellowstone River Home
The main and upper level of house is four bedrooms and two bathrooms, including one king bedroom and three queen bedrooms.
The two upper-level queen bedrooms have a south-facing balcony available through a sliding glass door in one of those rooms.
Full equipped kitchen is set up for service for 12 people.
Living room has one queen memory foam style sofabed and two full memory foam style sofabeds and a south-facing balcony.
River views from two balconies, living room, dining room, and upstairs bathroom. River access available by steps from the main deck stairs.
There is a complimentary washer and dryer available at Yellowstone Gateway Inn in Gardiner.

North part of house on main level has a separate king studio apartment with a kitchenette and a private bathroom.
King canopy bed plus a luxury leather queen sleeper sofa. River views from three windows and access to the main deck and steps to the river from the outside entrance.

Queen Studio Riverview Apartment
Lower level of house is a separate queen studio apartment with a kitchenette, washer and dryer, and a private bathroom, including a steam and massage tub/shower with Bluetooth sound system.
Queen canopy bed and a luxury leather queen sleeper sofa.
Patio outside entrance faces the Yellowstone River, with river access through stairways off the main deck. Patio also includes a gas grill and patio furniture.
